Off The Human Canvas

The upcoming "Off The Human Canvas" exhibition at the Lawrence House Centre for the Arts in Sarnia is set to launch, and will feature original fine art works from Neon Crab tattoo artists. The show opens Friday September 6th from 6:00pm until 9:00pm. Come and hang out with the artists, share a glass of wine and join in the fun of what is sure to be an amazing event. Guest Artist Little Witch

Ok tattoo fans, big news...…..Neon Crab Tattoos & Piercing in Sarnia welcomes guest artist Sam (Little Witch), from Calgary Alberta as she makes her way across the province on her summer Canadian tour. As a recent BFA graduate from the Alberta College of Art + Design, Sam has been tattooing since October of 2016. Since then she continues to bring forth a collaboration of both dark and light subject matter. With artistic interests ranging from dark, gothic subject matter, dark realism, surrealism, butterflies and blackwork as well as light and dainty floral pieces, and mandalas; perfect for an avid ink collector or a first time walk-in. Other interests include long, warm walks on the beach, romantic dinners by candlelight, keeping up with her sign language, and even a country serenade. Her art practice has seen many galleries across the world, including Spain and Serbia, as well as many forearms and thighs. A lover of awkward moments, proud Star Wars nerd, and one who believes black is a color, she would love to show you what she’s got! Sam will be on site and taking clients from the 8th-14th of August. Raise Your Awareness 4 Semicolon tattoo event

This year we are excited to bring you the Raise Your Awareness 4 Tattoo Event!! Donna Atkinson-Wilson is holding the main event over at Norma Jean's Bar & Grill in London during the afternoon with live music, silent auctions and door prizes, while we will be offering select semicolons at $80(+tax) from 11am-7pm!! First come - first served!
We will be donating $20 from every tattoo that day to Keeping Kids Warm. Keeping Kids Warm aims to provide warmth for teens who have found themselves homeless by supplying handmade knitted, crocheted or loomed items such as mittens, hats, scarves, blankets, and slippers.
So come on out, get your semicolon tattoo, raise funds and awareness, and start the conversation about mental health! It should prove to be both an exciting and busy day! See you then!

Jay Slaven guest spots in Sarnia

Jay Slaven will be in the Sarnia shop for all your tattooing needs.  With over 15 years of experience, Jay began his extensive tattoo career in Toronto, Ontario. 7 years later, he decided it was time to branch out, leaving his roots in the Toronto tattoo scene behind, and looking to expand his skills by working in other locations. By 2011 Jay opened and managed his own tattoo studio “Just Ink” where he developed a loyal clientele from all across Ontario.  With such a diverse and extensive background, Jay has acquired the skills to pull off just about any style of tattoo requested, making Jay the perfect addition to our studio.

Gold RIbbon Tattoo Day

Neon Crab Tattoos & Piercing is once again set to run our annual cancer fundraising event. This year, however we joining forces with Childcan to support the many wonderful programs they facilitate to support children and families in our community. So if you have been wanting to get a cancer ribbon to raise awareness and support a loved one, then Saturday September 22nd is the day to do it!! Gold ribbon tattoos will be $100 each, and there will be a number of designs to choose from. We'll be doing it all day from open to close, on a first come, first served basis. We'll see you all there on the 22nd, to raise awareness and funds for the amazing cause....because no child should have to face cancer alone!

Grand Opening Celebration

Ok everybody....this is the moment you've all been waiting for!! We know it's taken us a while to get things just right, and the support for us to come to your city has been overwhelming. Sarnia has really rolled out the red carpet for us, and now we are doing the same for you. On Friday August 17th we will be celebrating the Grand Opening of our new Sarnia location of the Neon Crab!!
